The dedication and discipline from martial arts were crucial to his culinary success. Returning to Cyprus, Marios furthered his culinary education, obtaining a degree in Culinary Arts. Since 2010, Marios has worked professionally as a chef, gaining valuable experience and recognition. He enriched his resume with experience in the Olympic culinary team, showcasing his talent in major events and competitions. In addition to his kitchen career, Marios teaches at MIEEK in the culinary sector, imparting his knowledge and experience to young professionals, contributing significantly to the growth of future chefs. Additionally, he is a certified professional training instructor. Despite his young age, Marios holds the position of Chef de Cuisine at Minthis Resort. Under his guidance, his team offers high-quality gastronomic experiences, maintaining the highest standards and pioneering in creativity and innovation.
