Black Pepper was established with a vision to provide a modern and holistic approach in digital communication. However, in 2022, Nikolas Koutsakos suddenly passed away. Maria, despite her unimaginable grief and pain, continued working hard and channeled all her energy towards Black Pepper, achieving what for most would be the unthinkable: Black Pepper has grown within two years and has a unique presence in the communications industry. Maria embodies the perfect role model for today: a young hard working woman combining talent, skills, entrepreneur spirit, and above all leadership. A young entrepreneur, a young woman, a young mother. She never surrendered to the biggest challenge a person has to face, the loss of a partner in life and in business, and continues to thrive as a human being, as a mother, a leader, a woman and as a Young Entrepreneur, setting the standard very high and being a true inspiration to us all.
