He was the Head Quantity Surveyor for WP1 Marine Works and Essential Buildings for the project Ayia Napa Marina in the period 2017-2021 working with MDA Cyprus LLC and has successfully managed the Construction Cost from inception to completion. In 2021, Klitos became entrepreneur. In a small period of time, Klitos brought D. KLITOS AND ASSOCIATES LLC in the elite companies in the market with current portfolio of some of the biggest projects currently in Nicosia including The Nicosia Landmark, The Courtyard Development, Olimpion School Extension and various residential blocks and luxury houses. It is well known in the market that Klitos is currently the brain in all Cost Negotiations on behalf of K. Athienitis Ltd for the project The Nicosia Landmark.
