Description:
Elena is a holder of a BSc in Computer Science from University of Leicester and MSc in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham where she performed as course representative to both universities. She joined IBM's Consulting by Degrees Graduate Scheme in 2015 and graduated in 2017. She belongs to the Customer Experience and Transformation department of IBM, working at the intersection of business, design and technology. Currently, she is a Managing Strategy Consultant and a Team Leader and helps companies create experiences, products and services that reinvent their relationships with customers and employees.
Elena started her career to IBM in the biggest Data Warehouse project of the Public sector and continued by contributing to the digitisation of important sectors of the economy such as Banking and Health. One of her biggest milestones in her professional career was her contribution to the digital transformation journey of one of the biggest banks in Cyprus. In addition, she led initiatives in Web/Mobile and Loan Automation Processes. During this time she redefined internal work processes and managed multiple teams across several continents and cultures with success. Currently, she belongs to the core team of the biggest Integrated Information System in Healthcare, leading several streams. She obtained professional certifications in UX and Agile Project Management including "Registered Scrum Master" and "Professional Scrum in Development".
She won the European Digital Strategy and Interactive Experience "Inspire&Win" Contest by IBM.
