Constantinos is the Finance Manager of the Firm since 2015. Through the years he grew to be an invaluable member of the Firm not only in his role in leading the Finance Team but also by becoming an active member of the firm's management and strategy teams. He is a hard-working individual, dedicated in professional development, and encourages trust, teamwork and transparency. He is proactive and collaborative as a manager and emphasizes each team member's continuous improvement. He has the ability to see the bigger picture and find practical solutions to overcome challenges and meet the firm's goals and objectives. During his tenure, he led various projects, including the digitalisation of the firm’s operations in various functions, such as legal case management, compliance, billing and reporting. He is also currently in charge of the ISO 9001 implementation within the firm, acting as Quality Coordinator. Constantino's contribution has not only strengthened GZG's financial foundation but has also set a high standard for financial management in the legal industry.
