Rafaela has been working as an architect for more than eight years, and this journey has shaped both her skills and the way she sees design. She started at one of the largest golf resorts in Cyprus, a project on a hilltop in Paphos that combined high-end villas with the beauty of the natural landscape. Working on that scale taught her the importance of detail, balance and how much impact architecture can have on everyday life.
Two years ago, she joined INEX as a Site Architect, taking on the responsibility of supervising construction and making sure quality was never compromised. Those years were intense and rewarding, and they gave her the chance to prove herself.
Today, she works as a Senior Architect, leading a team of four talented colleagues. Her role is not only about technical expertise, but also about guiding people, supporting them, and keeping our projects aligned with INEX’s vision of Intelligent Development.
She believes that good architecture is always the result of teamwork. Open communication, trust and respect make the difference – whether it’s within the team, or with clients, contractors and engineers. For Rafaela, leadership means creating an atmosphere where people feel confident to contribute their ideas and take ownership of the results.
Beyond architecture, she finds inspiration in photography. She participated in workshops and took lessons in Photography and have won some competitions. Black and White Photography can be magical for emphasizing shape, texture, tone and details through different scenes like landscape, architecture and more.
Looking forward, she wants to continue growing with INEX and contributing to projects that stand out for their creativity, quality and impact on Cyprus’s market.
