Since joining SPECTUS Co LTD in 2016, Nicole has become an integral part of our journey. She began her career in the finance department and quickly transitioned to Events Coordinator for our 20th anniversary – 9 years ago.
In 2018, Nicole stepped confidently into the newly established role of Communications & Marketing Manager. Since then, she has led the growth of our retail and wholesale activities while building open, lasting communication with customers and global partners.
Nicole’s strength lies in her consistent professionalism, eye for detail, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. She brings consistency and clarity across departments, making her a key link in our internal operations.
During the pandemic, Nicole launched creative campaigns and successfully expanded our e-commerce presence. Her strategic thinking helped us connect with consumers and grow our online footprint within a challenging market.
Nicole’s integrity, work ethic, leadership and fair, caring nature have earned her respect at all levels – from colleagues to customers and partners.
