Invited to join the company for her strong legal expertise and sharp business orientation, she began her journey as Legal Advisor and Operations Manager. Her dedication, strategic vision, and results-driven leadership soon earned her promotion to the executive team as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Under her operational management, AGG has secured a leading position in the real estate development sector, particularly in Paphos, where the company has become a benchmark for serviced projects and high-quality developments. Alongside Paphos, AGG also manages select projects in Limassol, further expanding its footprint across Cyprus. Today, the company oversees 15 active projects with 7 new developments in the pipeline, all characterized by impeccable management and delivery standards.
Marija holds a Master’s degree in Law and has recently completed a Master’s in Real Estate, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and academic excellence. She is equally dedicated to developing her team, fostering a culture of ambition, professionalism, and innovation. At the same time, she has built strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors, strengthening AGG’s reputation and credibility.
