It is our honor to nominate Gina Vassiliadis, Lifestyle Manager at Minthis Resort, who has demonstrated exceptional growth, talent, and dedication since the day she joined the Minthis team.

With an academic background in International Business Management from the University of Derby and in Mathematics, Statistics, and Operational Research from the University of Manchester, she combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and hospitality experience.

She joined Minthis in June 2021, as an Events Executive, quickly distinguishing herself through professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy in client relations. Her calm presence, even under pressure, and instinctive problem-solving ability made her a respected member of the team.

Recognizing her leadership qualities, she was promoted to Lifestyle Manager in June 2024. In this role, she has taken a central position in shaping the experience of residents and guests.

A defining moment in her professional journey was her pivotal contribution to the organization of the MED-9 Summit, held at Minthis on October 11th, 2024. Gina played a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the event, working with dedication and professionalism for many months leading up to it. Her contribution was instrumental in the successful hosting of state authorities and international delegations, ensuring that every detail met the highest standards of hospitality, security, and protocol.

Another significant achievement was her involvement in organizing the Minthis Music Festival for the second consecutive year. The 2025 festival, held in July at the Minthis open-air amphitheater, was a five-day celebration of world-class music, hosting top artists from around the globe.

Her journey from Events Executive to Lifestyle Manager clearly reflects her potential, her drive for growth, and her ability to transform ideas into meaningful experiences.
