Victoria is an experienced architect with strong critical thinking skills. She looks at situations from different angles and finds the best way forward. Even in difficult moments she stays calm and focused, which helps her and her team make the right decisions quickly.
Since choosing architecture and completing her degree, Victoria has never had any doubts about her choice of this profession. Over the years she has designed and completed more than 150,000 m² of commercial and public spaces. In the last two years, every client she worked with returned for new projects. During the past year, her team grew 2.5 times, and continued to expand.
For Victoria, leadership means giving people space and responsibility. She shows the team modern tools, but also teach them to be consistent and open-minded. They always deliver projects on time, and they do it without endless late nights or weekend work. This rhythm keeps energy and interest in the job alive.
Victoria believes every problem has a solution. She encourages initiative and independence, and she is fine with mistakes as long as they are not repeated. The goal is to make sure that everyone in the team sees the purpose in their work.
One of her proudest achievements is the first “smart” offce in Cyprus, Paphos (Beon active office) – a renovation of a 1989 building, upgraded with full automation, Face ID access and it’s own mobile app.
