At just 27 years of age, Yioulika Antoniades leads the consulting for the design, development, and implementation oversight of critical systems for large scale clients at Capacitor Partners, a company specializing in the transformation of large enterprises across six countries including government organizations in Greece, Malta and Cyprus.
Through the strategic integration of technological solutions, Yioulika guides organizations in the automotive, energy, retail, hospitality and construction sectors such as Char. Pilakoutas Group, Petrolina, Alphamega, ALTO Cementochemica, Web Hotelier in Greece and others to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, agility and competitiveness.
At an international level, Yioulika has collaborated with the Council of Europe and CEPEJ where she has made substantial contributions to addressing delays in the first instance courts of Athens and Thessaloniki. Dedicated to promoting diversity in the technology sector, she actively participates as a mentor for young professionals through Junior Achievement and serves as a member of the CITEA’s WomenInTech committee encouraging the creation of an inclusive and collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
Holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield and currently pursuing a second Master’s in Data Science and Machine Learning at Imperial College London, Yioulika embodies continuous growth and innovation making her an ideal candidate.
