Sofia is a BSc-qualified Physiotherapist with thirteen years of progressive experience in the Spa and Wellness industry. Sofia currently serves as Spa Supervisor and internal ESPA Trainer at the Elysium Hotel in Paphos. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering service excellence and upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Sofia’s professional journey has been guided by a deep passion for both personal and organizational growth. From her early roles as a therapist to her current leadership position, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire colleagues, enhance operational performance, and cultivate a culture of collaboration. A milestone in her career was her nomination to participate in the prestigious ESPA “Train the Trainer” program in the United Kingdom. This opportunity allowed her to expand her training expertise while contributing to the empowerment and professional development of her team—ultimately elevating service standards and wellness practices within the organization.
